WARRANTY & RETURNS

Warranty (We Warrant The Device To Be Awesome):

BioCoach warrants that the BioCoach Blood Ketone Monitoring System to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of (5) years from the date of purchase.

The liability of BioCoach is limited to repair or replacement and in no event shall BioCoach be liable for any collateral or consequential damages or loss. Instruments subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repaid or modification will be excluded from this warranty. This guarantee excludes expendables and consumables.

  • BioCoach will repair or replace a defective products without charge.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Returns (Return Your Awesome Device):

Due to strict regulatory conditions for medical devices, we cannot accept returns of items that are opened.

For items that are unopened (in the original packaging with the product seal intact) and in the same condition they were received, BioCoach is happy to offer a full refund provided it is less than (30) thirty days from the date of order delivery. Items can be directly shipped to us or we can provide a return label (the cost of which is deducted from the refund). Refused packages are treated as returns and the cost of shipping is deducted. 

International Shipping

We currently ship across the USA, Canada, Mexico and the UK. Make sure to double check your address is entered correctly, as shipping is completely nonrefundable. This includes packages that cannot be delivered to the address entered, packages that are refused or items lost by the carrier. International customers are responsible for the return shipping fees associated with an order return as well.

Refunds (Getting Some Green):

If an item is defective, we’re happy to offer a refund. Contact our U.S. based support team to get started. If your return and refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If an item was purchased on Amazon, or through another authorized seller, please contact them for return/refund information and procedures.

Missing Package or Lost in Transit:

We highly recommend selecting Route+ shipping protection (damage, loss and theft) on the checkout page. With Route if your package is missing or damaged you can easily file a claim and get a quick replacement! Look for the link in the email you received after the purchase. 

Without Route, BioCoach is not held responsible for the package after it's left our warehouse. If you paid for expedited shipping but the package is not shipped from our warehouse by the next business day, we'll refund the shipping charge.

Exchanges (Change is Good):  

To exchange an item, contact our U.S. based support team to get started. We’re happy to offer exchanges on defective or damaged items, or if the wrong item was ordered. You are responsible for shipping the original item that was purchased.

Gifts (Someone Must Really Like You): 

For items from BioCoach that you received as a gift, we’re happy to help. Get started by contacting our U.S. based support team. Customers will receive a gift credit to purchase products on the BioCoach website.
