SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 1 business day for order processing for domestic orders, however most of the time orders placed before 12:00 noon CST are shipped in the same business day.
KetoCoach uses USPS for most shipments. Standard shipping is shipped with First Class Mail (3-7 business days). Priority shipping is shipped with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Please note estimated business days are estimates, not a guarantee.
Missing Package or Lost in Transit:
We highly recommend selecting Route+ shipping protection (damage, loss and theft) on the checkout page. With Route if your package is missing or damaged you can easily file a claim and get a quick replacement! Look for the link in the email you received after the purchase.
Without Route, KetoCoach is not held responsible for the package after it has left our warehouse. If you paid for expedited shipping but the package is not shipped from our warehouse by the next business day, we'll refund the shipping charge.
We try to stay on top of our orders to get them out ASAP. As a result we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you (see return policy).
